The Tuition Fee is payable before the commencement of each semester. For this purpose, the commencement dates of the two semesters are taken as:

Student Deposit
A deposit of RM1,000 is payable on admission.
The deposit is refundable when the student completes his/her Form 5 in the school.
In the case of a student wishing to leave before completing Form 5 in Stella Maris, the deposit is refundable if written notice of leaving is given to the school by the parents at least four months in advance while the student is still in the school.
In all other cases, the deposit is not refundable.
Payments Dates
Fees are payable on or before the dates indicate in Para 2 above.
Others fees and charges (See Para 3 above) are payable with the First Semester Tuition Fee.
For new students, the registration Fee, the student Deposit and all fees due payable on Admission.
Fees not paid 14 days after the due date will be subjected to a 5% surcharge. Students who have not paid the fees 30days after the due date may not be allowed to attend class until full payment, including the surcharge, has been made.
General
All fees are not refundable or transferable.
Only payments by cheque are accepted, crossed and made payable to “Sekolah Menengah Stella Maris”.
Student with an elder sibling in the school qualify for a 5% rebate on tuition fees only.
